How to answer a meeting request

If you receive  a meeting request by email you can quickly answer clicking on one of the links included in that email:

  • Confirm
  • Refuse
  • Suggest a new schedule

You can also manage the meeting requests in the “my agenda” page that you can see after you login in the event B2meet page. Here you’ll be able to send a cancellation request or a reschedule proposal also to already confirmed appointments.
